Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • For hygiene reasons, used cosmetic products cannot be returned

Refunds

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect
